How Kaijo's Ultrasonic Cleaning Generator Improves the Manufacturing Process

Ultrasonic cleaning generators create an electrical signal that activates the transducers, which in turn convert the electrical signal into ultrasonic waves in the water (or cleaning liquid) in the tank. The ultrasonic waves then produce cavitation bubbles that collapse and appear again with the frequency of the ultrasonic cleaning generator. The action of these bubbles creates a powerful scrubbing action which helps in removing surface impurities from the items that are being cleaned.

Ultrasonic cleaning is clean and environment-friendly, and also quick compared to other cleaning technologies. Small and mid-size businesses will definitely benefit from this cleaning technology as it helps in boosting productivity by cleaning products before being offered on the market, at reduced cost.

While other cleaning methods require the use of hash chemicals, Ultrasonic cleaning generators effectively clean without chemicals or with just with a benign detergent solution. Kaijo’s Phenix Legend Series generators can produce a vast range of frequencies to suit different cleaning applications.
·         Lower frequency cleaning - produces large cavitation bubbles with high cleaning energies and intensive cleaning action. Kaijo Phenix Legend models with 38 kHz and 78 kHz are ideal for this type of cleaning
·         Higher frequency cleaning - produces smaller bubbles with less energetic and intensive cleaning action, ideal for gentler and delicate cleaning tasks. Kaijo Legend Phenix models produce 100 kHz, 130 kHz or 160 kHz fall in this category.

Kaijo’s Phenix Legend Ultrasonic cleaning generator, adjusted at the right frequency, can deliver the exact type of cleaning action required for a particular application, thus making cleaning more efficient.

Cleaning parts with irregular surfaces is sometimes challenging. Chemicals often diffuse slowly in holes or crevices and mechanical cleaning cannot reach deep crevices. Using Kaijo's Water Resonance System with an ultrasonic cleaning generator will remarkably improve the cleaning action by conditioning the water. This produces a more even distribution of the bubbles for effective cleaning power which can be five times better than that of the cleaning systems without water resonance. How an Ultrasonic Cleaning System Works and the Benefits It Provides to Manufacturers

An ultrasonic cleaning system can significantly improve the productivity of many businesses and manufacturers. Such systems remove impurities and surface matter from components and clean products during the manufacturing process.

How does an ultrasonic cleaning system work? A turnkey ultrasonic cleaning system uses a generator and one or more transducers along with a tank. An ultrasonic generator produces an electric signal (at different frequencies) and activates the transducers. The transducers then transform the electric signal into ultrasonic waves in the water in the tank. The water may have cleaning solutions to improve the ultrasonic cleaning process.

When the transducers generate compression waves in the water cavitation bubbles form in the liquid. These bubbles collapse and form again between the compression peaks. The formation and collapsing of bubbles create a robust scrubbing action when in contact with the item to be cleaned.

Kajio's Phenix III Ultrasonic Cleaning System runs at 26 kHz or 38 kHz and delivers up to 1200 Watts of cleaning power. It can clean on either lower or higher frequencies depending on the type of cleaning action required.

The system comes as the Phenix III ultrasonic generator with a stainless steel cleaning tank that already has transducers installed. It is cost-effective and available in four models with outputs at two frequencies and with 600W or 1200W power options. The cleaning tank also comes in different sizes, the biggest being 4.5 cubic feet. The ultrasonic cleaning systems are developed for low noise as well as no erosion for the parts and components to be cleaned.
