What a Multi Ultrasonic Frequency Generator Does and the Benefits It Offers

An ultrasonic frequency generator linked with a transducer produces ultrasonic sound waves that can clean a wide variety of parts. It provides an effective alternative to traditional cleaning of industrial parts which involves the use of harsh chemicals and intense scrubbing. The generator produces ultrasonic sound waves, which in turn generates cavitation bubbles in the cleaning liquid of the tank that cleans the parts.

A multi-frequency ultrasonic generator is ideal for various cleaning applications, not to mention effective and cost-saving. Different frequencies and power levels deliver different cleaning intensities, depending on the need in the application. High frequencies produce smaller cavitation bubbles which clean more delicate surfaces, while lower frequencies generate bigger cavitation bubbles for intensive cleaning of robust parts.

Kajio has developed a full line of ultrasonic frequency generators which are ideal for most cleaning applications. They range in frequency from 19.5 kHz to 950 kHz. Kajio’s Quava Multi generator offers two versions to accommodate cleaning applications that require multiple frequencies. Each version has three frequencies, has an eight-step power output (maximum of 600 watts) and works with different types of transducers that can support all three frequencies. This allows changing of frequencies and adjusting power output without the need of replacing transducers or the ultrasonic generator setup. This provides more flexibility in changing from one cleaning task to another.

The Quava Multi Generator is designed for multiple cleaning applications, therefore is the ideal solution for various cleaning requirements for manufacturing companies with varied cleaning needs. The Benefits Industrial Ultrasonic Cleaners Offer over Traditional Industrial Cleaning Methods

Many manufacturing facilities have processes that involve cleaning parts and devices. Many use traditional cleaning that involves the use of harsh chemicals and mechanical scrubbing that may damage the devices. However these methods cannot easily clean particles from parts with complex shapes and crevices. This is why industrial ultrasonic cleaners have become the more preferred and acceptable alternative to these traditional methods.

Industrial ultrasonic cleaning systems involve the use of ultrasonic generator, transducers, and a tank which holds the cleaning solution and the components or parts to be cleaned. The generator powers the transducers by producing sound waves, which create energetic bubbles which act as the "cleaners" for the components in the tank. Higher frequencies produce smaller bubbles (ideal for cleaning delicate and more complex parts like hard disk drives, LCD's solar panels, etc.). Lower frequencies produce bigger bubbles (for cleaning more robust parts like glass, ceramics, lenses, medical tools, machined parts, etc.). This process can use plain water or mild cleaning solvents.

Kaijo’s industrial ultrasonic cleaners emphasize ease of use and flexibility to meet the needs of various cleaning applications. This system can operate at frequencies that range from 19.5 kHz to 1.6 MHz.

Kaijo’s Phenix III turnkey ultrasonic cleaning system can operate at 26 or 38 kHz and can deliver 600W or 1200W of power. This is usually used for low-frequency cleaning applications.

For higher-frequency cleaning Kajio has a range of several systems to meet different requirements. These systems include the Phenix Legend ultrasonic generators (which can operate up to 160 kHz) and the Quava generators (up to 950 kHz).
